This was a beautiful campground situated on the border of MI and WI. It was $20/night with no amenities. We found out once we were there that the sites could be reserved, which could have given us a nicer site, but it was still very nice. We met some friends there, and found the same friends on the trails. We shared some campfire talk, and became friends on FB. It was bittersweet to leave this campground because it meant we would be leaving the state and going on our way to the mighty west. However, it meant our final 'goodbyes' for our family for the year. However, this campground was an excellent choice for our last stay in MI, and I would definitely recommend staying here again. Next though, we will check into reserving some longer sites.
