The joy of camping off-peak season. This is where we’ll be through Christmas. A very cute horse farm in southern CA, complete with pool a very large playground. We wish we could bring all our kids & grand-kidlets here. They’d have a blast! It’s super quiet at night and no park lights so the skies are spectacular!!! During our stay, we had a wind storm and collected thousands of tumbleweeds overnight... How do you take care of tumbleweeds? With a bulldozer! Lastly, our camping buddies for the week; 3 beautiful horses that watched for us to gree them every morning. :-) Stay Details: Sundance Meadows. Aguanga, CA. * We really enjoyed the stay here. We loved walking to see the horses every day and you are able to go on horse trail rides too. They also had some beautiful ducks in their horseshoe-shaped pond. I imagine that summer here with the kids is awesome! It is quite a ways off the beaten path and there's few walking trails and no bike trails.
