Preheat pan and place Olive Oil in pan. When oil is warm, add onions and asparagus. Cook for 5 minutes until veggies are beginning to soften. Add remaining ingredients. Do not stir very often, allow the asparagus to sear before turning.
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 10 Pearl Onions (skins removed and sliced in half)
- 1 bunch Asparagus (cut 3 sections)
- 1 tsp Monterey Steak Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1 TBSP Butter
