I can't say enough about this recipe. Just about everybody likes Mac N Cheese, but the special twist on this has made it a family favorite!
I have also made it with half cauliflower and even added some veggies to it. Both are delicious alternatives.

Ingredients:
TOPPING:
Instructions:
Place Baking Soda and Lemon Juice into Ninja. Stir until dissolved and bubbling.
Add water and dry pasta, stirring to incorporate.
PRESSURE COOK on LOW for TWO minutes.
During pressure cook, crumble the Ritz crackers and add melted butter until blended. Set aside.
NATURAL RELEASE for 5 minutes, then release pressure.
Add remaining ingredients and stir. Add Ritz cracker mixture to the top and spread around.
AIR CRISP at 360° for 5-7 minutes.

- 1 bag (16 oz) Shredded Cheese OR Cheese Mix from box
