Garlic Butter is a super easy recipe that is great to have around for multiple reasons. Topping off veggies after they cook; spread on bread and bake, and anything else you would love garlic and butter on.. I usually make just enough to place into a small spice dish and set aside in the fridge. Of course I use plant butter, but any butter will do.

Ingredients:
Instructions:
In a small pot combine 2 TBSP roasted garlic paste (about 6 roasted garlic cloves smashed into a fine paste) and 6 TBSP salted butter over medium-low heat until bubbly and toasted, about 5-10 minutes.
* I set this in the fridge and stirred every hour until solid.
