This Harvest Host location was quite an interesting stay on our way through to Niagra Falls. We didn't know the manor was haunted until we heard the story at her wine tasting. Quite an interesting story, and a beautiful fields as we took a walk through the orchards. Stay Details: Winery at Marjim Manor; Appleton, NY. * Note: This was only a 1-night stay, so we chose to stay at a Harvest Host location. We were surprised to learn that this location was world-known for being a haunted location. To thank her for letting us stay the night, we took advantage of their wine tasting, which she then told the entire story of how the ghosts came to live at the house. I'm not one to totally believe this, but I did sense someone was outside my bedroom window that night just checking us out. I never saw anything, and never felt fear. What we really liked is the hospitality of this business, and such a beautiful yard to park overnight! We would definitely recommend this place.
