These are a delicious addition to breakfast! I love the seasoning in these, and even though I could never get them to form right, I still made them as regular fried has browns and they were equally fabulous!

Ingredients:
Instructions:
Peel potatoes. Start with cold water, place potatoes in water, place on high. Once simmering begins, cook for 6-7 minutes. Take out and drain.
Once cooler, put potatoes through shredder. Potatoes should NOT be mash.
Add all ingredients and mix well with hands.
Fry until golden brown on all sides, or deep fry.
Serve with Ranch or preferred sauce.
Note:
You can save yourself some time by buying a bag of shredded potatoes. I don't have a shredder, so that's what I did and they were still delicious!
